Wage Range: $26.61 – $29.33
DEFINITION: The Contracts Specialist will assist in drafting, reviewing, monitoring and managing all Contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with federal and tribal laws. Will assist in reviewing solicitations and request for proposals. The Contracts Specialist will also ensure that all financial revenues derived from such contracts and agreements are collected according to terms of all contracts and agreements.
Wage Range: $32.34 – $35.66 (Full-time)
DEFINITION: Under general supervision, performs compliance and enforcement of Walker River Paiute Tribe tax laws; reviews financial records of numerous business entities holding Walker River Paiute Tribe business; verifies compliance with tax agreements; performs related work as assigned. Supervise staff within the Tax Department.

DEFINITION: The Empowering Community Alliance (Alliance) strives to activate our community through education, culture, unity, and positivity to promote healthy lifestyles. The Lead Coordinator will help manage both the internal and external functions of the Alliance. They will assist in community assessments and the development of educational outreach strategies to the general community, focusing on populations at increased risk, with an emphasis on positive youth development. The Lead Coordinator will support the Alliance in executing its strategic plan by formulating and implementing a detailed work plan and timeline. The Lead Coordinator will focus on developing community relations, implementing events and projects, coordinating evaluations, and disseminating information. The Lead Coordinator will help facilitate culturally appropriate strategies for community members of the Walker River Paiute Tribe. record management, recruitment and
retention, employee actions, benefits, discipline/grievance and appeals and other duties as needed.
Wage Range: $24.13 – $26.61 Full-time
DEFINITION: The Maintenance Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Program Director. The Maintenance Coordinator will update and work within a roads maintenance work plan while adhering to Federal regulations. They will coordinate, schedule and manage work such as Grading roads, clearing of encroaching brush on roadways, tree trimming, road patching, crack sealing, oil and chip seal, signage repair/replacement, etc. to maintain roadways within the reservation boundaries that are on our
Indian Reservation Roads inventory.
Salary Range: $18.91 – $19.85 Part-Time 29 hours
DEFINITION: The Wellness Court/Court Receptionist will work closely with the Wellness Court Staff, Court Staff and other officers of the Court. Serves as receptionist and assistant for the Walker River Paiute Tribal Court with all internal staff.
Salary Range: $19.85 – $21.89 Full-time /On-call
DESCRIPTION: This incumbent shall be supervised by the PUD Coordinator and will work on the building and ground crew, while concurrently being responsible for the Tribe’s freshwater, arsenic treatment plant and effluent systems.
Wage Range: $18.01 – 19.85 hr.
POSITION SUMMARY: General construction and rehabilitation of existing units, to include carpentry, roofing, painting, tape and texturing, foundation construction, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical and similar items.
